We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120.
Orders under this amount will incur a flat shipping rate of $25.
Shipping to New Zealand will incur a flat shipping rate of $40AUD.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Victoria, Australia.
Processing & Delivery Times
At Ferracini Shoes Australia, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Victorian warehouse.
- Orders of one pair are delivered via Direct Freight Priority Satchel.
- Larger orders are shipped using Direct Freight Express, our
trusted delivery partners.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Details
Deliveries are made during standard business hours to your home or work address (work address preferred). If no one is available at your home to receive the order, the parcel may be left at the door. If this is the case, please provide instructions for a secure place to leave your delivery.
